Standard mainland UK delivery is included in the price of your job. Delivery to the Scottish Highlands and all UK Islands is at extra cost, contact our sales team for prices for these deliveries if required.
All jobs are despatched on overnight couriers direct to the address specified at the ordering stage. If the delivery address on your order acknowledgement is not the address you want the job delivered to you must contact us as soon as possible so we can amend your order. You can save as many delivery addresses as you chose in your account details. All the couriers we use require a signature on delivery. They will not leave goods without a signature. If no one is available to receive and sign for the goods the couriers will attempt to redeliver twice more before returning the goods to TradeColour.com. Additional deliveries will incur extra costs. Standard deliveries will be made between 0800 and 1800 Monday to Friday.
An AM delivery can be specified at the checkout at an extra charge of £10 per consignment. Timed deliveries will be made between 0800 and 1200 Monday to Friday.
All goods are carefully packaged in double walled cartons suitable for overnight transportation however damage can occasionally occur. If the printing is not received in perfect condition please advise your customer to sign as ‘goods damaged’ and if possible take a digital photograph. TradeColour.com will reprint damaged goods on the next available print run and redeliver as quickly as possible..
All goods are despatched under plain cover with no mention of TradeColour.com on any of the packaging or associated paperwork ensuring complete confidentiality for our customers.
