Hard copy contract proof Have your artwork checked in our professional studio, minor adjustments made to maximise print quality if required and a hard copy proof delivered by overnight carrier. Hard copy proofs are normally despatched within 2 working days. Please note our despatch guarantee is from date of approval, not date of order when proofs requested. In the event that files supplied are unsuitable for printing you will be notified of the changes required. In the event that the order is then cancelled a cancellation charge of 10% (minimum £10) will be made towards administration and file checking costs.
